The winter chill is finally breaking, and that means one thing: the unrivaled outdoor lifestyle of Downtown Crown is waking up. If there is one season that perfectly showcases why buyers flock to this neighborhood, it is spring.
Our community’s built-in social infrastructure is about to shift into high gear. Here is a preview of the local events and outdoor highlights you can expect to see popping up in the coming weeks.
Upcoming Spring Highlights
- The Return of Patio Season: The outdoor dining scene is the anchor of our neighborhood’s nightlife. Expect to see the sprawling patios at Sixty Vines, Coastal Flats, and Ted’s Bulletin packed with neighbors enjoying the warmer evening temperatures.
- Music in the Park Kickoff Prep: The Crown Park stage is gearing up for another season of live entertainment. Keep an eye on our events calendar for the official launch dates of the Friday evening acoustic sets and local band performances.
- Outdoor Wellness: As the weather warms, our local fitness partners (like Club Pilates) will begin transitioning some of their community wellness events back outdoors. There is nothing quite like a Saturday morning stretch right in the neighborhood plaza.
